On Saturday night, at the Burlington Marriott, our Fox Hill community came together in a show of support at the PTO’s Technology in the Classroom Auction & Dinner.
The live and silent auctions combined netted $14,000 that will be used to support not only the many programs sponsored by the PTO yearly – including buses for field trips and author visits for enrichment, but to also augment the school’s widely popular rotating supply of iPads.
Attending the event and bidding on the auction was one major way the Fox Hill community supported this fundraiser. Equally vital was the work that went on behind-the-scenes to make it all happen including the invaluable contributions made by the volunteers. From the classroom parents, teachers, and staff who put together amazing baskets, to the small army that helped set up the Marriott room in record time. This achievement would never have been possible without support from ALL of you.
